• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security and reliability.

How we use information

Customer and business data

When we build or run AI systems for a client, we process that client's business data only as needed to deliver the service, under the terms of our engagement.

• We do not use client business data to train AI models.
• Our products support read-only access and cloud or fully on-premise deployment, so sensitive data can stay inside the client's own environment.

We rely on a small set of service providers who process data on our behalf: Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Google Analytics (website analytics), our email and hosting providers, and — where a product uses them — large language model providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google, or locally hosted open models. Each provider processes data under its own terms.

We use analytics cookies as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still function.

Data retention

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and maintain our records, and analytics data according to our provider's defaults. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
