Security

The security model

Custom modules touch your live ERP, so this is usually the first question — and it should be.

Read-only where it should be

Intelligence features read with least-privilege access. Anything that writes to Odoo does so through Odoo's own API, gated and human-approved — never silent raw writes.

Cloud or fully on-premise

You choose where it runs. On-premise deployments can use a local model so your data never leaves your environment.

Your data is not training data

Where a hosted model is used, it's via established providers' APIs — or a local model when you prefer. We do not train on your business data.

Audit & PII controls

Queries and actions can be logged, personal data masked and result sets limited — so you always know what was asked and what it saw. More on our security page.
